**- Role as GCP Scrum_Master and work with PO for the platform requirements.

  • Understand HLD & LLD architecture on GCP.
  • Communicate on architecture, solutions to business and sr. executives.
  • Plan and Execute cloud migration/ onboarding.
  • Represent in client meetings for Platform requirements and able to break down requirements into user stories and tasks.
  • Technical Experience:
  • Strong understanding of the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environment and relevant experience is mandatory on (GCP Compute, Storage, IAM, Database, Networking, Security, DevOps CI/CD & Cloud Billing, Kubernetes and Tenants Onboarding)
  • Must have Understood Terraform scripts and DevOps tools (Gitlab, CI/CD).
  • Working with crossfunctional teams to set up and facilitate all appropriate scrum ceremonies, namely daily standup, retrospectives, sprint review/demo and sprint planning sessions
  • Ensure formal processes and guidelines are being followed by the development team, including user story content, code sharing/documentation, development of knowledge bases, etc.
  • Experience working on cloud migration projects from onprem to GCP. (Min 2 projects completed) and able to demonstrate key skills needed for sprint planning for activities involved.
  • Able to draw insights from various logging, and monitoring tools and guide team on technical debt if any and plan to resolve the same in the Sprint deliverables.
  • Should have experience in architecting and developing solutions, Quick learner and understand new/emerging technologies and solutions in the cloud.
  • Promote efficient collaboration and communication within and across teams, advocating for optimal use of collaboration and work/knowledge management tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence)
  • Ensure collection and reporting of relevant team performance metrics and use these to guide discussions in sprint planning, scope commitment, etc.
  • Support the Product Owner and Technical Lead in managing/grooming the backlog, advocating for the maintenance of a healthy backlog
  • Participate in presentations and proposals for mediumcomplex projects or elements of highly complex projects
  • Communicate actively with leadership and external stakeholders as needed
  • Certification required:
  • Must have one of the GCP Associate, Architect certification Active
