Overview:
This is a key role in the company's financial operations, requiring a seasoned professional with expertise in Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting and Consolidation, Controllership and Accounting under IND AS, Treasury Management, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and SEBI Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Evaluate and manage capital allocation decisions to optimize shareholder value.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and board of directors.

  • Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and consolidation of financial results.
  • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and regulatory filings.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and recommend necessary adjustments to financial reporting practices.

  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies in accordance with IND AS.
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.

  • Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash management and mitigate financial risks.
  • Oversee banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for financing arrangements.
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and implement hedging strategies as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and evaluate their implications on the company's financial standing.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that the company's financial disclosures and communications comply with SEBI guidelines.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities as necessary to address any inquiries or CA is Mandatory.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of managing treasury functions, financial reporting, and taxation in a listed company environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
