Activities include handling statutory, quarterly limited review, and tax audit processes, cost audit, service accounting, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold accounting. Collaborate with Supply chain & Logistics teams to ensure accurate accounting of inventory and COGS in unique business scenarios. Proactively implement Digitatlization Tools across Accounting functions.Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Product Costing (PC) and Inventory Valuation
    • Ensure timely delivery of Management accounting activities including Gross Profit Analysis and Material Movement statement
    • Plan and coordinate physical inventory counts regularly
    • Proactively implement digitalization for efficient data analysis
    • Visit production plants and warehouses as needed for updates
    • Ensure correct Inventory valuations
    • Manual Actualisation of seeds inventory for accurate financial reporting
  • Service accounting
    • Archive and verify all service invoices
    • Provide support for adhoc projects in service accounting
  • Country Specific Responsibilities
    • Prepare and audit Statement for Cost Audit within specified timelines
    • Submit audited reports in XBRL format
    • Assist in Annual HB-I Statutory Audit and Limited Review
    • Provide information for Tax audits
Who You Are:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in management accounting
  • Qualified ICWA/ Intermediate CA
  • Agile learner with strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient in SAP FI/CO/MM
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes with analytical skills
