Job Description:
Performing requirements analysis and mapping to the solution.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various business and technical stakeholders.

Understanding gaps or specific process flows that need customization.

Documenting and communicating the results of the requirement gathering session

Monitoring deliverables meet the business requirement and scope.

Qualification:

• Worked in a business analyst role preferably on CSM projects
• Deep knowledge on BMC Helix Customer Service Management

CSM specialist

Job Description:
Performing the Gap analysis

Map the business requirements with CSM modules

Identify CSM modules which needs to customize to meet the customer requirements

Qualification:

• Deep knowledge on BMC Helix Customer Service Management
• Deep knowledge on BMC Helix Innovation Studio
• Ability to analyse the business requirements and map with CSM modules.

IS specialist

Job Description:
Develop new modules if required

Qualification:
Deep knowledge on BMC Helix Customer Service Management

Deep knowledge on BMC Helix Innovation Studio

Integration Architect

• Attend study phase and understand the customer technology landscape and business requirements.
• Attend sessions with customer technical teams/ 3rd party vendor to discuss and finalize the uni/bidirectional integration architecture and data flow.
• Prepare the integration specification document.
• Attend API Specification document review session.
• Design the Integrations.
• Perform impact analysis.
• Prepare FSD.
• Attend SIT Session.

Qualification:

• Deep Knowledge on various methods of integration
• Understanding of BMC Helix Customer Service Management
• Understanding of BMC Helix Innovation Studio

Integration Specialist

Attend Study phase and understand the business requirements.

Attend API Specification document review session.

Implement the Integrations as per the FSD.

Perform SIT with customer.

Prepare migration activity list.

Perform UAT with business users.

Perform production migration activities.

Perform post-implementation support.

Qualification:

• Deep Knowledge on various methods of integration
• Understanding of BMC Helix Customer Service Management
• Understanding of BMC Helix Innovation Studio

Dashboards Specialist:
Understand the business requirements.

Analyze available data required to build the dashboards.

Develop and build Dashboards using BMC Helix Dashboards (via Grafana) platform.

Schedule and export dashboards and reports from BMC Helix Dashboards platform.

Qualification

• Deep knowledge on BMC Helix Dashboards
• Understanding of BMC Helix Customer Service Management
