Job Description –
The Account and Admin role is responsible for efficiently managing financial tasks and providing administrative support within the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to handle various responsibilities effectively.
Role and Responsibilities –

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
  • Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and handle data entry and database management.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
Skills required-

  • Financial management and bookkeeping expertise.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail in handling financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Efficiency in Tally ERP 9 or PRIME .
Requirements -

  • Bachelor's Degree in commerce (Specialization in financial management and analysis)
  • 6 month – 1 year of experience
  • Proficient knowledge in Ms excel
  • Efficient in working on Tally ERP 9 or Prime .
