As a Lead Human Experience Designer, you'll rely on user-centered design methods to create industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You'll partner with product and technology to coordinate, plan, and create highly interactive experiences conceptualizing ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex, enterprise design challenges.

  • Be a storyteller Lead teams in solving complex design challenges through thoughtful leadership using user journeys, task flow analysis, early-stage wireframes, hi-fi comps, and clickable prototypes

Qualifications:
Education

  • B Des./M. Des/ Bachelors/Masters in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or related field from IIT/NID or other top Design schools. Experience
  • 6-10 years of the following experiences: User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of multiple device types including web and mobile applications. Creation of IA documents such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user stories, personas, high quality visuals and other user-centric documentation.
  • Salesforce Service-Cloud platform experience with a deep understanding of out-of-the-box limitations and configurations.
  • Take a roadmap feature from ideation to future state - both for storytelling and for user stories.
  • Challenge assumptions and push the team to be associate-centric and client-centric in their design and development of solutions.
  • Lead design thinking sessions and workshops, feedback sessions, user reviews.
  • Translate insights into sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes as needed.
  • Build customer journey maps (at the feature level).
  • Contribute to pre-build and tech feasibility sessions. Represent an associate-centric point of view.
  • Able to produce design work from sketches to detailed experience flows in Figma.
  • Partner with the Solutions Architects to solve complex problems and translate them into usable components in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Work with Miro Boards to facilitate ideation, flow analysis and ideations.
  • Core interaction design skills, knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
  • Expert level knowledge of user interface design guidelines and standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Effective leader who can motivate and dive excellence with cross-functional teams and build relationships while remaining an advocate for the user.
  • Able to multi-task and set priorities.
  • Creative thinker who can effectively innovate big ideas and work out the details.
  • Understanding of service design concepts and the relationship between "front-of-house" and "back-of-house" touchpoints.
  • Practice in user research techniques (basics) like moderating interviews, heuristics, usability testing and ability to partner with Researchers.
  • Experience working with remote teams and the use of remote tools.
  • Proven conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear visual representation.
  • Must be able to provide portfolio of user interface design work and demonstrate track record of bottom-line impact resulting from user interface/ experience design. Strong Driver for Design Process -

  • Fluent with Lean Innovation like Lean canvas, Design Thinking Tools, Journey Maps, storyboarding, sketching, low and high-fidelity mock-ups and wireframes.
  • Acts in a way that inspires other team members to engage and contribute.
  • Works at a peer-level with Executives and Senior Product Management and Engineering; is a trusted collaborator on product/domain direction and key decisions.
  • Able to review and critique the work of others in a way that makes them receptive to feedback.
  • Demonstrates design leadership within the team by advocating effectively for the user.
