Join our Team as a Leader in Delivery Services at SAP Concur

The Team Lead role involves supervising Implementation Coaches for the Standard/Professional Expense Platform and Extended Services. You will lead your team to reach implementation goals efficiently, maintain top-notch quality, and ensure client satisfaction. As a role model, you'll provide leadership, mentorship, and drive outstanding results. Your responsibilities include monitoring team performance, participating in cross-functional meetings, and contributing to product/process improvements.

This position is based in Concur's Bangalore office and requires working hours aligned to support North American clients on the Standard/Professional Platform

What you will be responsible for:

Your qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and project management abilities
- Familiarity with financial systems and technology
- Problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience
- Experience in managing project teams and client interactions
- Proven ability in relationship-building and client management
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
