Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the planning and coordination of releases for product journeys within Vantage.
  • Reviewing and analyzing operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure optimal system and product availability.
  • Collaborating with internal partners and technical/engineering teams to enhance product reliability.
  • Working with Product and Tech teams to meet monitoring goals for Product Journeys while utilizing a strong understanding of technical controls and standards.
  • Providing expert technical and business support for users of Applications when it comes to monitoring and Observability.
  • Monitoring and analyzing applications to pinpoint performance issues, risks, capacity constraints, and assessing future systems' capacity needs through data-driven evaluations.
  • Creating and maintaining release documentation, managing associated defects, and providing regular reporting.
  • Developing and overseeing the collection, reporting, and communication of release metrics.
Qualifications you need:
  • Background in digital product management or equivalent expertise demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing and coordinating enterprise software releases for both Mobile and Web platforms.
  • 4+ years of handling complex dependency mapping, communication, alignment, and issue resolution across interconnected platforms in digital enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in Product/Application Monitoring, Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Advanced experience (4+ years) with Jira and Confluence.
  • 2+ years of experience with automated monitoring and performance management using AppDynamics, ELK, or similar tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud DevOps practices in Azure, GCP, or similar environments.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Mobile software and solutions, including knowledge of the App release processes for Apple Store and Android.
  • Advanced Excel skills (4+ years).
  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with risk management requirements.
  • Familiarity with Springboot, REST APIs, and UI frameworks.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven understanding of Agile planning frameworks.
  • Expertise in Scale Agile.
  • Experience in monitoring Mobile and Web environment health through root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CI/CD activities.
  • Extensive experience with Testing frameworks.
