Visual Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Graphics Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience working at top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, and BCG.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating visually engaging and impactful slides, templates, and other visual materials that effectively communicate complex data and concepts.

• Design and format slides, charts, and graphics for presentations and reports
• Develop and maintain visual templates for use across presentations and documents
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design standards
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate visual materials
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in visual design and data visualization
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in visual design and data visualization

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Visual Graphics Specialist or similar role at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent visual design skills, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
