We have also built the country's largest digital B2B platform, the Plantix Partner App for for agri-inputs - connecting tens of thousand local retailers.

The company has over 1000 products listed in the product catalogue, offers transparent pricing, easy payment and business management.

Location - Indore

Duration - 3 months (starting immediately)

Stipend - Industry Standard

Responsibilities:

  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives, both lateral and campus using costeffective hiring solutions within the timelines meeting the business needs
  • Build a top class talent pipeline for the current and future needs, offer recommendation of talent attraction from competitor companies
  • Manage recruitment metrics like funnel, offer to joining, positions TAT, hiring cost etc. and identity areas of improvement
  • Strategise and deliver a top class onboarding experience to all newcomers both remotely and physically enabling them to know the cultural, social & political nuances of PlantixTravel with new comers in the first 3 months of joining as to reduce honeymoon leaving and reducing churn

  • Students currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources
  • Should be proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proven work experience in sourcing will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with multiple sourcing platforms
  • LinkedIn, Naukri, Linkedin, Instahyre, Monster etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information
