Detailed Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Cloud Senior QA with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in quality assurance for Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce projects.
  • Define and document test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements.

Test Execution:

  • Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG).
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QA insights and updates.

Quality Assurance Processes:

  • Implement and adhere to QA best practices and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
  • Provide detailed and actionable feedback on defects and areas for improvement.

Mentorship and Leadership:

  • Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Lead QA initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA Extensive experience in Salesforce QA, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with a strong emphasis on test automation.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce and QA methodologies are preferred.
