Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experiment with new recipes and innovative pizza concepts.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Expert.
  • Proficiency in using a pizza deck oven and spiral mixer,fryers etc.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative culinary skills to innovate and improve pizza offerings.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a similar role 2)

Pizza Assistant-Helper
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Pizza Chef in preparing and assembling pizzas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and storing food items.
  • Assist in dough preparation using a spiral mixer.
  • Operate basic kitchen equipment under the supervision of the Pizza Chef.
  • Help with inventory management, stock organization & allround activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
