AVP Finance Operations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience, 8 years in management positions, must be capable of overseeing 550+ FTEs
  • Minimum 12+ years of R2R and P2P OR O2C experience is mandatory
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery within agreed SLAs for designated processes
  • Manage day-to-day tasks for clients in the US, UK, and Europe


ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED:
  • At least 16 years of experience, with 8 years in leadership roles, able to supervise 500+ FTEs
  • Minimum 10+ years of R2R/P2P/O2C experience required
  • Ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality service delivery within agreed SLAs for assigned processes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance current processes, assess current operations, and potential new business
  • Review FTE needs, shift schedules, and capacity planning
  • Manage day-to-day tasks for clients in the UK or Europe
  • Willingness to work during client-specific shifts
Integrate expertise in the field and business knowledge to develop excellent solutions for clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or surpassing agreed service levels. Drive and accomplish productivity improvements
