Key ResponsibilitiesRetail/CDIT Project Management:
Oversee and manage retail/CDIT projects with a focus on achieving project objectives within specified timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

IT BOC Management:
Manage IT Business Operations Center (BOC) for a minimum of three years, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Implement and oversee best practices for IT operations and support within the BOC framework.

IT Operations and Applications Support:
Provide comprehensive IT operations management and support for applications over a period of five years.
Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to enhance system performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business activities.

Store Hardware Management:
Manage and maintain store hardware, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, printers, and connectivity solutions

ITIL Practices:
Utilize ITIL frameworks to streamline IT service management and delivery.

Requirement Gathering:
Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.

Experience:
Overall 10+years with minimum 5 years of experience in Retail/CDIT project management and team handling.

At least 3 years of experience managing IT Business Operations Center (BOC).Proven experience in managing store hardware, connectivity solutions, POS systems, and printers.


Skills:
Strong understanding and application of ITIL best practices.
Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Education:
