Aufgaben:

  • Experience in supporting AppWorks on premises version 16.x. and cloud version 20.x.
  • Understanding Enterprise architecture with Opentext AppWorks 16.x and later versions.
  • Expertise with implementation of SOAP and REST API services.
  • Hands on experience on Input formats like JSON and XML.
  • Solid knowledge on programming skills JAVA, JAVA EE and powershell scripts.
  • Must have a knowledge on dev-ops like Github, Git repo, and Git actions.
  • Experience in working in a global delivery model.
  • Experience in various Operating Systems like Linux, Windows.
  • Must have knowledge on Azure fundamentals, kubernetes, helm, container registry and containerized deployments.
  • Exposure to other BOM tools like camunda, IBM BPM would be added advantage.
  • Responsible for tracking delivery of release items(incident fixes) in calls with vendors and markets
  • Responsible for tracking repeated incidents or incidents that happened for multiple markets (Problem Management)
  • Deployment of releases, patches and hot fixes
  • Application installation, setup and configuration
  • Automation of repetitive tasks
  • Good in both verbal and written communication.
  • Should be a good team player
