Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Collect, label, and prepare patient samples for analysis.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and proper functioning.
  • Analyze test results, maintain detailed records, and report findings to medical staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.
  • Adhere to quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain the highest level of accuracy and precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
  • Assist in inventory management by ordering and restocking laboratory supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all regulatory and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay uptodate with advances in laboratory technology and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
  • Stateissued Lab Technician license or certification (if applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is a plus.

Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
