Responsibilities

Business Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to elicit and document detailed business requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.

Process Documentation:

Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to illustrate current and future state workflows. Document business rules, data flows, and system interactions. Ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Project Management:

Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and subject matter experts. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Business Function Understanding:

Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business functions, industry, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.

System Applications Knowledge:

Possess a broad understanding of various system applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence (BI) tools. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure successful system implementations. Conduct trainings or workshops for end users on implemented business functionalities.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to drive complex projects and initiatives. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in business analyst, data analyst, or related role. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise requirement documents, process flows, and user guides Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of tools like Salesforce, HCM, Netsuite, Service Now, AHA, Jira isan added competitive advantage. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
