Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, tracking and coordinating all Land activities for ongoing projects

Keep close track on all ongoing projects, scrutinize project progress against target & ensuring all necessary compliances are being followed by Site Team.

Keeping check on quality of documentation being executed by site teams with help of Land Legal.
Strategize land acquisition as per project requirements.
Keeping track on industry trends on land pricing.
Develop & update available land options bank for upcoming bids/ projects.
Single point of contact for all inter-department communications.
Coordinate with Legal Team on early closure of TSR.
Coordinate with Site Teams, Land Aggregators, Brokers, Projects, Design, Finance & Accounts, etc for smooth execution of project
Develop/ prepare reports & presentations as per management's requirements.
Provide necessary support to all other departments for B/W construction, Commissioning of Project, mortgage creation, etc.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as all

third parties for smooth execution of tasks.
Provide briefs to HOD on critical aspects, project progress, budget vs actuals, audit compliances, etc.
Market research, drafting, business development, relationship management with Land aggregators & other developers.
Ensuring all the project progress, audit requirements, exceptions & other key details are maintained as per requirements.
Coordination with F&A team for Payment Processing & payment reconciliation.
Create/ maintain MIS reports/ formats related to Land Acquisition status, Payments, Rental payments of Landowners, etc.
Keep track of approvals & documentation.
Coordinate between site teams, Legal, F&A at HO for documents submission.
Coordinate with SCM & Projects team for PO/ order issuance & tracking of payments.
