Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and events while offering administrative and secretarial support to the group companies
- Prepare the CEO for meetings by collecting relevant materials, file and manage organization documents and data
- Act as the main point of contact for the CEO, handle calls and visitors
- Organize the CEO's email correspondence, draft responses, create MOMs, and prioritize messages and calls
- Collaborate with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders, prepare necessary documents for permissions and financial matters on behalf of the CEO
- Provide overall administrative assistance, including filing, copying, and document organization
- Handle banking tasks when needed
- Support in generating periodic reports as needed
- Coordinate with different departments for planning and progress
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Generate purchase orders and work orders for the procurement department as necessary
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management proficiencies
- Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Flexible schedule availability
