Your responsibilities:

  • Work independently and lead multicultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Guide customers on SAP Best Practices and remote delivery
  • Conduct feasibility studies, solution reviews, and support pre-sales activities
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, industry/corporate process implementations, and process model development
  • Coach colleagues, contribute to Business Process Library, and lead customers in their digital journey
  • Engage in business blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and global roll-out

Your qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of application consulting experience
  • Expertise in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions, with at least 5-8 end-to-end implementations
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies, HR business processes, and on-premise HCM solutions
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of industry-specific processes
  • Experience with SF integration and EC Payroll is a plus
