We are currently seeking an ARIS Senior Consultant to drive the technical leadership in ARIS solution delivery. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Sales teams to lead the implementation of ARIS solutions across various core capabilities. Your role is crucial in advancing our mission to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives effectively.

Reporting to the Professional Services Project Manager, you'll fit into a dynamic team known for its expertise and dedication to client success. Key stakeholders include License Sales and Professional Services Sales teams, as well as our valued clients across diverse industries. In this role, you'll be hands-on in leading ARIS solution design, supporting sales efforts, and guiding customers through solution implementation. Your technical proficiency in ARIS capabilities, coupled with advanced skills in SQL, XML, and object-oriented programming, will be essential. While experience in cloud platforms and certifications are advantageous, your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively, lead teams, and manage projects are equally valued.

With a minimum of eight to twelve years of experience in Business Process Transformation and a degree in a relevant field, you'll have a solid foundation to excel in this role. Banking, energy, retail, or any vertical market experience adds to your suitability. Essential Functions:

Lead ARIS solution delivery across core capabilities

Conduct strategy workshops and maturity assessments

Design methodologies and architectures

Support sales efforts and customer implementations

Minimum Requirements:

8-12 years of Business Process Transformation experience

Hands-on experience in ARIS APG, ARIS Scripting and ARIS Dashboards development

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Proficiency in ARIS capabilities, SQL, XML, and object-oriented programming

  • Proficiency in SQL language
  • Proficiency in XML and HTML language and structure
  • Expertise in object-oriented programming language (ideally Java / JavaScript) and familiarity with the object-oriented analysis and the object-oriented design of software solutions as well as with software development methods
  • Expertise in Operating Systems – Windows and Unix
  • Business Analysis Certification (a Plus)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (a Plus)
  • Expertise with the Authentication Protocols such as LDAP, SSO (Kerberos, SAML2), SSL collected
  • Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful WebServices, Data Integration Capabilities
  • Experience identifying, documenting and verifying both technical and non-technical requirements for EA and/or IT Planning initiatives with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record managing implementation of enterprise software. This includes managing customer expectations and delivering to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of general system analysis and design processes
  • Knowledge of Archimate, TOGAF and ITIL (a Plus)
  • Exposure to SaaS deployment and AI capabilities (a Plus)
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency with schemas / meta-models and relational database databases (Oracle or MSSQL-Server preferred)
  • Experience developing governance models

Nice to Haves:

Experience with cloud platforms and certifications

Knowledge of Archimate, TOGAF, and ITIL

Exposure to SaaS deployment and AI capabilities
