Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
  • Ensuring the team meets the productivity & quality
  • Conduct daily team huddles
  • Lead & develop individuals in the team through coaching and feedback
  • Ensure timely feedback is provided to the team
  • Required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to improve performance.
  • Monitor health of the business through regular scanning of open searches.
  • Conduct documented oneonone sessions on individual performance trends.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct relevant trainings for the team members to drive team's performance.
  • Support Operations Manager in daytoday operations.
  • Drives OT whenever required

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes ownership of problems and anticipates issues by taking proactive action
  • Ability to resolve complex service inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • People Management and Team Player
  • Basic knowledge of MS
  • Office
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in BPO's (preferably in background screening industry)
