Desired skills:

Good Knowledge in Power BI (Recommended)

Good knowledge in VB / Excel VBA Macros

Good Knowledge in Power Apps, Power Query, and Power Automate. (Recommended)

Knowledge in Office 365.

Knowledge on Project Management Tool

Knowledge on the implementation for QMS

Job description:

Drive centralized Project control office team and ensure alignment to global objectives

Keep employee Headcount and tagging with respect to billable and non-billable activities

Define and implement companywide processes

Analyzing financial data including project budget, risk and resource allocation

Providing financial reports and budget outline to executives

Collaborating with all department leaders to define and prioritize tasks

Communicate regular status updates with supporting data to management

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Collaborate with IT and Business leaders to define the need for HW and optimize the inventories

Assist in the administration of project agreements/SOW and prepare MSA's with different Alten entities

Support vendor management process

Define transfer pricing for offshore activities
