Asset & Wealth Management Engineering
Across Wealth Management, Goldman Sachs helps empower clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. Our consumer business provides digital solutions for customers to better spend, borrow, invest, and save. PWM
The Private Wealth Management (PWM) business provides end to end Investment Management services and advice across a full range of asset classes for High net worth individuals. PWM leverages a global technology platform offering, an integrated suite of tools, and applications to service clients, and family offices. This platform helps realize a client's goals and objectives, develops and implements an integrated wealth management plan and delivers first-class client and family office services. PWM Digital team of engineers develops integrated, web & mobile based solutions and strategic middleware services that provide PWM Sales Teams and Clients with detailed information on their financial portfolio & analytics for held and held away assets, services to enable ala carte set of services for family offices, social collaboration platform, access to GS services and insights, and ability to request Asset Transfers and Trade orders. Our team of engineers builds solutions to solve the most complex problems and have the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology innovation alongside industry leaders and make significant contributions to the field.

Within PWM, UX is at forefront on how we create intuitive and beautiful products which meet our business needs to help serve our client base. Our UX teams include designers, content strategists, and software developers who are passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. We work collaboratively to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that meet our business' objectives.
What We are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer, who is strong in React with an eye for visual design and focus on great user experience.
Your day to day will be implementing user experiences in collaboration with our Product Designers, API Developers and other Frontend Developers. You will also be responsible for developing robust and reusable UI components as well micro frontends having use cases in broader organization.
We expect that you maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
4+ years of experience as UI Developer 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using with Redux/MobX, Hooks, Context and TypeScript 2+ years of experience with Jest, Snapshot, React testing library or other test frameworks Must have an in-depth knowledge of web technologies and web architectures Strong background in delivering enterprise level applications in an Agile setting Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs Good understanding of Microservice architecture Experience in working with web services/API developers Experience with common front-end development tools such as NodeJS, Babel, Webpack, npm\ A strong desire to produce high quality software through cross functional collaboration, testing, code reviews, and other best practices Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
