We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant knowledgeable in SAP Payroll, Positive Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration. The ideal candidate should boast a history of at least 3 full-cycle SAP HCM implementations and a minimum of 8 years in SAP. Leading and joining SAP HCM projects from start to finish.

  • Offer expert advice and assistance in SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori apps, and Personnel Administration.
  • Analyze client needs and devise efficient solutions within the SAP HCM setup.
  • Setup, personalize, and deploy SAP HCM answers to suit client requirements.
  • Run workshops, training, and knowledge sharing for clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to assure successful project completion and client contentment.
  • Be informed on SAP HCM trends, top practices, and new technologies for continuous service enhancement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/ MBA HR.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
  • Extensive experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, Fiori applications, and Personnel Administration modules.
  • Proven history of at least 3 full-cycle SAP HCM implementations.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Aptitude to work autonomously and in a team within a fast-paced setting.
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules are a bonus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
