Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the store, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store is wellstocked with a wide range of twowheeler spare parts to meet customer demands.
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right spare parts for their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on spare parts, their compatibility, and suitable alternatives when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store layout, making it easy for customers to navigate and locate products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims promptly and professionally.
  • Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and promote sales.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a spares incharge in the automotive or twowheeler industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in twowheeler spare parts is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and sales transactions.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Familiarity with different twowheeler brands and their spare parts is preferred.

Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
