Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics.

  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues.
  • Recognize and reward high performance to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation methods and metrics.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
  • Bachelors degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
