Job Description

  • Should have knowledge of Welding Arc Processes and advanced welding processes.
  • Should be able to Prepare and Review WPS/PQR/WPQ/Consumable TC.
  • Should know the selection of Welding consumables and preparation of specifications.
  • Should be able to Handle Welding Consumable Estimation and inventory management.
  • Should have knowledge of ASME Sec. VIII Div 1 & 2, Sec. IX, Sec II Part C, B31.1, B31.3, IBR, and API.
  • Should have knowledge of Welder Training and Qualification.
  • Should have In-Depth Knowledge of Heat Treatment and Weld Overlay.
  • Should have knowledge of welding and physical metallurgy of Steel and Stainless steels.
  • Should have analytical skills for weld repair and identify the root cause of weld repair.
  • Should have knowledge of welding metallurgy.
