Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university in a computer science-related streamNeed to have previous teaching or training experience in the field of computer scienceStrong Alignment to the company's vision and culture

Skills Must-Have:
Professional fluency in EnglishExcellent presentation & communication skills.

Should be able to explain complex subjects clearly and interestinglyExpertise in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.

( Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack is an added advantage )

Any teaching or mentorship experience will be an added advantageAbility to handle a class of 100 to 150 students (both online & offline)Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack:
Core Java, Web Technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS; Advanced Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot, SQL etc.
Proven skills in Angular/React, , SQL/NoSQL databases, and related technologies is an added advantage

Good to HaveStrong knowledge of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practicesHands-on experience in software development (at least for 1 year) in Java full-stackFamiliarity with GitAbility to adapt training methods to various learning stylesShould have a problem-solving and solution-seeking mindsetBe open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon itOpenness for iterations and feedbackDriven by ownership, hustle, and delivery


ResponsibilitiesDeliver daily in-person classroom training on programming and full-stack developmentContribute to curriculum development and final deliverablesHandle class of studentsReview deliverables for accuracy and qualityAdminister assessments to evaluate students' understanding and skill acquisition.
