Success Factor modules:
Learning Management , Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance and Goal Management

SAP HCM modules:
Payroll, Time Management , Personnel Administration and Organization Management

  • Sound understanding of HR process related to Recruitment and offboarding(ONB) , Learning, Performance and Goal Management
  • Experience with Challenging implementation projects
  • Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Client focused and result oriented
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups and presentation
  • Strong business acumen with solid analytical and conceptual thinking
