As a digital marketing executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Roles and responsibilities

Developing Digital Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass various online channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing

Implementing Campaigns:
Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing

Content Creation:


Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and more.

Ensure content is optimized for search engines and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management:
Manage company social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, monitoring social media metrics, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices

Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, segmenting email lists, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results

SEO and SEM:
Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic to the website.

Analytics and Reporting:


Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.

Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:


Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep them informed about campaign progress and results.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) in digital marketing, with a focus on online campaign management and strategy development.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Mandatory Skills:


Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to achieve marketing objectives.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and willing to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
