We are seeking a 3D generalist is someone who can handle multiple aspects of the 3D production pipeline, such as modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and compositing as well concept art work planning.

3D generalist is versatile, adaptable, and creative, and can work on different types of projects and genres.

3D generalist also have some knowledge of scripting, programming, or game engines, to enhance their workflow or create interactive content.

Tasked with creating realistic simulations and visual effects, 3D generalists play an integral role in various industries, including film, gaming, and virtual reality.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D models, textures and animations
  • Collaborate with the art team to ensure consistency and quality of assets
  • Work with the design team to bring their concepts to life in 3D
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve any technical issues that may arise
  • Meet project deadlines and milestones
  • Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving workflow and processes
  • Communicate with other team members to establish an effective pipeline and help team.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality of project.

Responsibility / Expectations from the Role:

  • Proficiency in using 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
  • Ability to create highquality 3D models, textures, and animations
  • Experience in lighting, rendering, and compositing
  • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and design principlesAbility to work collaboratively with other artists and designers
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D work and projects
  • Familiarity with industrystandard workflows and pipelines of game projects
  • Familiarity with level design and planning for work
  • Experience with game physics and particle systems
  • Experience with mobile and console game development
  • Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and technologies
  • Strong understanding of game projects.
