Manage Silicon/Solution Project through the entire life cycle from the beginning to mass production.

  • Lead product development initiatives with significant complexity, risk, and noticeable impact for the WCS organization.
  • Adopt a holistic view, with a business-oriented mindset, to recognize challenges and collaborate closely with stakeholders to devise solutions.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize (drive, if required) manufacturing enhancements in yield, quality, cost, and capacity.
  • Conduct proactive risk management to pinpoint potential mitigation strategies and/or alternate scenarios.
  • Take complete ownership of your projects by constantly evaluating progress and adapting the project plan to ensure objectives are achieved even in the presence of obstacles. This also entails anticipating and proactively handling significant modifications to the existing project agreement.
  • Establish, guide, and inspire diverse, cross-functional multi-site project teams.
  • Effectively oversee internal and external key stakeholders in a global setting, negotiate compromises, and inspire others towards common objectives.
  • Guarantee project conformity with internal product development methodologies, regulations, and rules at all stages of the project life cycle.

You are ideally suited for this role if you possess:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including 4 years of project management and leading project teams.
  • A formal PM certification (IPMA or PMI), training, or practical Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • Hands-on project management experience in the domain of mixed signal ASIC development.
  • Proficiency in IC Design and ASIC flow is an advantage.
  • Experience working on larger cross-functional projects and with interdisciplinary teams is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities, a proactive attitude, and a demonstrated track record of timely deliveries.
  • Experience in handling crisis situations and resolving conflicts.
  • Excellent cross-cultural skills and communication abilities to convey messages effectively in English.
  • Capability to excel in a matrix organization.
  • Readiness to travel as needed, including to Asia, various regions in the United States, and Europe.
