Knowledge of Maintenance & Service of rotary equipment such as Pumps (Centrifugal Multistage HP, Reciprocating, Screw, etc.) Blowers, Conveyors, Decanters, Mechanical Vapor compressor, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Gearboxes, Agitators.


  • O & M schedule, supervise in Operation Inspection and Maintenance of water treatment system also provide initiative in a team. Checking log sheets, records and inventories of parts and tools.
  • Planning for AMC visit (Inspection, Maintenance, Breakdown and Emergency). Preparation of customer data, co ordination with site engineers, planning and directing 24 x 7 operation of water treatment system.
  • Routine maintenance, routine inspections, threemonth inspection, annual inspection, preassembly inspection.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and availability of plant and machineries.
  • Review with seniors for spare & consumables.
  • Preventive and Predictive maintenance practices in planned and systematic manner.
  • Shutdown work as per schedule planning within times.
  • Preventive maintenance of Vertical & Horizontal water pumps.
  • Core member of kaizen & improvement team.
  • Generating the compliance report for breakdown & PM activity.
  • Following lock out Tag out Rules while maintenance.
  • Maintenance of rotary equipment such as Pumps (Centrifugal multistage HP reciprocating screw, positive displacement), Blowers, Compressor, Gear box, Agitator.
  • Maintenance of RO, UF, HRSCC, Filter press.
  • Planning and monitoring major job like overhauling of equipment its break down and shut down corrective maintenance job.
  • Preventive maintenance of all equipment for daytoday planning.
  • Preparation of change over schedule, Non-Availability Equipment list, and shut down jobs Schedule.
  • Familiar with standard mechanical engineering practices, methods, and techniques.

Job Types:

Pay:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
