What You'll Do:

  • Be the bridge between the hospital, insurance companies, and patients.
  • Manage patient admissions and discharges with precision.
  • Handle all TPA-related documentation and submit claims efficiently.
  • Follow up on claim statuses and resolve any disputes.
  • Provide patients and their families with clear, helpful information about their insurance coverage.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all the day-to-day activities.
