New Installation Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented New Installation Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for elevator installations in commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities for elevator installations through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored elevator solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including cost estimates, specifications, and project timelines, to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of elevator installation projects.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their budgetary requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, building owners, and other key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industries.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to project completion and handover.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the company.
