Department - Customer Acceleration Team
Through an intelligence-driven and technology-enhanced approach, the Customer Acceleration Team (CAT) aims to identify Randstad's strategic focus areas and strategies for success to establish a competitive edge and boost enterprise customer growth and market share. By collaborating closely with sales, account management, and Randstad operating units, the CAT will develop this competitive advantage through distinctive branding, customer value propositions, innovative talent model design, high performance, and superior talent quality.
The Customer Acceleration Team is composed of four specialized units:
● The Intelligence team: Offers proactive insights and services to guide strategic decisions.
● The Marketing and Communications team: Concentrates on establishing Randstad as a leading enterprise brand, engaging prospects and customers through targeted marketing approaches.
● The Solutions Design and Bids team: Engages customers with unique value propositions and talent solutions for tangible impact.
● The Global Pursuit Operations team: Focuses on enhancing sales and account management effectiveness through assembling strong customer pursuit teams, leveraging technology, and promoting consistent work methodologies.
Job Purpose
As a Market Intelligence Consultant, the role involves equipping internal stakeholders with valuable insights and data to facilitate meaningful client interactions. This includes offering actionable intelligence and insights to support decision-making processes and aid in implementing talent strategies. Additionally, providing data-driven insights on labor market conditions, talent trends, client strategies, industry developments, governmental policies, and economic trends that influence talent acquisition and recruitment.
Key Duties
● Perform market analysis and research to develop reports and visual representations of industry trends and competitor landscapes.
● Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential markets, sectors, and product demand.
● Analyze data for strategic and tactical planning, offering insights into markets and specific industries.
● Examine company annual reports to assess financial performance.
● Conduct secondary research on the outsourced HR market.
● Present findings and recommendations to key clients and prospects.
● Support internal stakeholders in sales and client retention activities.
● Generate requested reports for management.
● Aid in compiling market and industry insights for business reviews.
● Provide high-quality industry-specific reports and datasets.
Requirements
● 3-5 years of Market Research experience.
● Proficient in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and sharing substantial information.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
● Effective project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent data analysis skills.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for report creation.
● Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio and Tableau preferred.
● Background in HR industry is a plus.
