Telecaller for Social Cause Work

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate Telecallers to join our team of social cause workers.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals and organizations to raise awareness about our cause and solicit donations or support.


Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to individuals and organizations to explain our cause and ask for donations or support
Maintain accurate records of calls and donations received
Respond to inquiries from potential donors and provide them with additional information about our cause
Follow up with donors to express gratitude for their contributions and provide updates on the progress of our initiatives
Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement fundraising strategies
Attend events and meetings as needed to represent our cause and promote our initiatives

Requirements:

12th, Hsc ,Graduate and some college coursework in a related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or fundraising preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with social media platforms and online fundraising tools
Passion for social causes and a desire to make a positive impact in the world

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
From ₹10,000.00 per month
