Responsibilities

  • Conducting interviews with celebrities and public figures
  • Research local community, state, national current events
  • Collaborate with the new brands to choose stories to broadcast considering audience preferences
  • Revise scripts and prepare to deliver them on show.
  • Engaging the crowd in commentary
  • Will interview the celebrity and ask them relevant questions or engage them according to the content theme of the show.
  • Introduce correspondents and ask them relevant questions
  • Comply with the moral code of the journalistic profession
  • Keep abreast of developments by studying papers, attending events, etc.
  • Stay in contact with industry professionals

Requirements and skills

  • UG/PG in JOURNALISM & MASS COMMUNICATION will be preferable
  • Proven work experience as anchor
  • Understanding of the anchoring process
  • Broad knowledge of local, national and international affairs.
  • Comfortable yet professional presence on camera
  • Ability to improvise in a live oncamera setting
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and strict deadlines
  • Active social media presence

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship

Salary:
₹6, ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
