Key responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers who may have expressed interest or have the potential to be interested in the product or service.

Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company.

Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition and address any concerns or objections potential customers may have.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the customer's needs and preferences.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives or field agents if applicable.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers who have shown initial interest but have not yet committed to a purchase.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and details.

Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the relevant teams.

Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers.

Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers to consider and purchase the product or service.

Listening Skills: Actively listen to customers' needs and concerns to tailor the sales pitch accordingly.

Resilience: Telecallers often face rejection, so resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively are important.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to make a high volume of calls and achieve daily or weekly targets.

Product/Service Knowledge: Understand the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.

Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Ethical Conduct: Adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations.
