Some of our Key clients are Google, Boeing, Cisco in North America, and product companies such as Thought spot - Search and AI-driven analytics platform, Open Financial - SME Neo banking Fintech, Color Token- Zero trust cybersecurity solution provider in India.

Position Name-SAP FSCD or FICA Exp-6+ years NP- Immediate to 15 days Location:
Hyderabad Shift: 6 PM- 3

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FICO Specialist to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and controlling (FICO) modules and experience with either FSCD (Financial Services Collection and Disbursement) or FICA (Financial Contract Accounting).

This role involves managing and optimizing financial systems, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain the FICO module within our ERP system.

Work with the FSCD or FICA modules to manage and optimize financial collections and contract accounting processes.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve financial system issues.

Develop and deliver training to end-users on FICO, FSCD, or FICA functionalities.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Generate and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.

Ensure integration and data consistency between FICO and other ERP modules.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in financial systems management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with SAP FICO module.

Experience with FSCD or FICA modules is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
