Job Description :

General Bachelor's degree in related Information Technology disciplinesAt least 10 years' experience on middleware administration, including installation, configuration, backup/recovery, middleware tuning and support of application design and development.

Experience with Middleware products like and BPM, IBM FileNet and Content Manager, IIB, WebSphere, and IBM ODM. Knowledge of IBM MQDemonstrated knowledge and experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery techniques.
Experience working as Middleware with development team for optimisation middleware related codes.

Experience with geo-redundant middleware architectures (always-on, active/active, master/master, ADG, Storage replication) .Curious person with strong problem solving & analytical skills.

Essential to have a can-do attitude to work under multi-tasking environment.
Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a good team player.

Results-oriented person with a focus on deliveryExperience in performing root cause analysis of production problems and provide quick service recovery to Middleware Teams.

Good communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
