Roles & ResponsibilitiesShould have PaaS extension/application development experience using VBCS.Previous experience in Web app development, JET framework is an added bonusShould have complete knowledge of Oracle PaaS architecture.

Should be hands-on and useful in handling tech teamPerform hands-on technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new VBCS projectsEnsure solution meets overall business requirements and identify the technical gaps.

Perform tasks as identified by Product Owner. Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets and satisfies customer's expectations.
Configure working prototypes in a development sandbox and validate/refine prototypes.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to align the personal task assignments and owe the work you're doing. Be recognized as a technical specialist.
Maintain a record of work, risks & issues and report to Management as neededMentor and drive issues to resolution. Involved in validation/testing and release activities as needed.
Good business analysis skill.
Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process. Diagnose, resolve and document system issues to support project team in coordination.

Research questions with respect to both maintenance and development tasks that allows you to perform post-migration system review and ongoing support.

Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences, professional seniors/peers and partners.
Adhere to standard methodologies constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc. during an assignmentConduct meetings with business users and IT personnel, and publish status and progress reports. During projects, clearly communicate the project task status to key stakeholders.
Trouble shoot issues in the VBCS project.environment and in related integrations.


ExpectationAt least 2 years overall development experience including VBCSWeb app development experience, JET framework is an added bonusAt least 1 years for PaaS extension/application development experience using VBCS and willing to learn JCSExperience in GIT or VBS integration with VBCS.Good troubleshooting skills and a Problem Solver.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people and the eagerness to adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do and inclusive nature.

Aggression to get the things done accurately which allows you to adapt and evolve within the organization.
