Inspecting Project Sites regularly to identity and eliminate potential safety hazards.

  • Supervising and instructing the project team as well as subcontractors.
  • Educating site workers on construction and installation safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • Visiting and inspecting sites
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents and injuries.
  • Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff complete employee reviews, keep accurate records of employee attendance and time sheets ,provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
  • Set project goals and overseas projects to completion, schedule and track assignment.
  • Maintaining minimize of cost and maximize of output.
  • Do work as per management instruction and obey to the rule of the management.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of site worker and employee attendance.
  • Providing weekly status report on issues/resolutions,risks/mitigation plans, customers comments, noticeable happenings at site /departments to Management.
  • Handling soft skill issues of the team in discussion with the team lead.
  • Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design,safety and budget specifications.
  • Orders, sorts, tracks and stocks books
  • Develops and maintains book inventory system
  • Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies
  • Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
  • Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
