Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Intern. The intern will be responsible for market research and sales, administration, operations and client management. The intern will also assist with day-to-day tasks related to internship at Flourish. You will be reporting directly to the founder and will be a key member of the founder's office.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other documents as needed by the founder.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and other financial & administrative tasks.
  • Research and gather information for the founder as requested to make operations efficient and contributive to growth
  • Screen and send emails and other communications on behalf of the founder.
  • Manage communication with internal team members and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and track event success during pop-ups and PR events
  • You will be required to provide administrative support to the founder's team.
  • To gain practical experience in executive-level administrative tasks.
  • Assist in managing the founder's calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  • Help prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and logistics coordination for the founder.
  • Assist in managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, as a shadow of the founder
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and Inventory Management

Social Media and Marketing :

  • Working closely with the Marketing team and assist in executing the marketing & sales targets.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for the brand's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics.
  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audience preferences.
  • Analyze marketing data and report on campaign performance.
  • Help develop marketing materials such as email newsletters, blog posts, and website copy.
  • Assist in organizing photoshoots and creating product descriptions.
  • Help with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Managing the communication and comments on social media.
  • Writing copies and managing the social media calender
  • Participating and executing reel and photo shoots.
  • Monitoring and managing the e-commerce portal.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship experience mandatory.
