Cameo Global Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking NOC Engineer to work as member of our BGL Support Team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Cisco UCCE / PCCE / UCCX solutions
  • Cisco ICM, CVP, CUCM and CUIC support and problem handling
  • Handling and modifying basic ICM scripting
  • Install, configure, upgrade, support, and maintain UCCE environment and related components as and when required
  • Support and handle Call Recording environment
  • Calabrio, Zoom, Verint etc.
  • Provide resolution of procedural, informational and technical requests from client base submitted over phone or automated means.
  • Provide audit trail of all problems and resolution (input, monitor, and action, close) through the use of required tools.
  • Provisioning of Cisco VoIP devices as per the client request and requirement.
  • Will be responsible for engineering, operating and troubleshooting Cisco VoIP networks and associated components
  • Will be responsible for Windows patching and updates on regular basis
  • Manage and maintain Network Monitoring System (these report on the status and performance of the network, ISP services and facilities)
  • Fault handling and escalation (identify and respond to faults in the network and handling escalation through resolution)
  • Interact with Network Engineers, Implementation Engineers and Sales team
  • Maintaining knowledge base and technical documentation of process and procedures throughout the operations
  • Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration.
  • Assume ownership of any IT problem from any internal client, and follow path of escalated contacts to ensure the problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner
  • Followup with clients and utilize case handling and closure policies to insure satisfaction both from users and employers.
  • Work cooperatively in a global team ensuring proper communication between team members
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Undergrad Degree (CS or EE a plus) or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge on Cisco UCCE environment and Call Manager Environment
  • Experience with engineering, operating and troubleshooting VoIP networks and associated components
  • Should be having work experience on UCCE/CVP/CUCM platform
  • Familiarity and exposure to SQL Query Analyzer/RCD/TCD/Call Trace/Log Analysis
  • Knowledge on Cisco gateways and dialpeers
  • Knowledge on Unity Connections and IM&P servers
  • Atleast 2 year of experience in Cisco VoIP networking environment
  • Minimum 23 years of UCCE Experience
  • Ability and Acknowledgment to work in 24/7 environment with rotating shifts
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Basic System Admin skills mainly dealing with Active Directory, group policies, account provisioning etc
  • Knowledge of network and networking concepts and Basic network diagnostic skills
  • Basic understanding of network monitoring concept and management tools
  • Quick to learn and ability to deal with wide range of issues
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to assess, prioritize faults and responds or escalates accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for a 24/7 support environment with rotating shifts

Additional Areas of Focus

  • Working knowledge of Windows based operating systems and Applications.
  • CCNA Voice or Collaboration Certification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge on PCCE or UCCX Environment
  • Knowledge on Recording solution like Verint, Calabrio, Zoom etc
  • Knowledge on VIM or eGain
  • Knowledge on VMware ESX or VSphere
  • Experience with vCenter, ESXi and VMs
  • Experience supporting MS Windows infrastructure, including any of the following: Active Directory, WINS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Demonstrated or have the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues of varying complexity with mínimal supervision.
  • Able to manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects and cases while maintaining predefined service levels and high customer satisfaction.
