  • Effectively market products and meet sales goals by understanding customer needs.
  • Understand customer grievances by investigating their concerns; develop solutions, produce reports, and suggest improvements to higher management.
  • Understand current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and branding techniques.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Track and maintain daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly/annual territory analysis reports, and area/customer sales records and communicate those to the management.

Skills:

  • Excellent territory management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales goals within planned timelines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and data management systems.
