Responsibilities:

  • Optimize lateral flow membranes, conjugate pads, sample pads and other assay components to enhance sensitivity, specificity and performance.
  • Investigate novel printing techniques (e.g. inkjet, screen, flexographic) for depositing functional inks and materials to create printed sensors and assays.
  • Characterize printed sensors and lateral flow strips using various analytical techniques.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering teams to transition research concepts to product development.
  • Assist in writing proposals for government grants and industry partnerships.
  • Mentor junior technical staff and provide training.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Science or related field with 35 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Extensive handson expertise with lateral flow immunoassay development.
  • Experience with printed electronics/sensors technologies like inkjet, screen or flexographic printing.
  • Skilled in analytical techniques like microscopy, spectroscopy, electrochemistry etc.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and desire to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet project timelines in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
From ₹35,000.00 per month
