The ETL SSE will be working under HealthEdge projects for Commercialization efforts.

ETL SSE's primary role will be to have an end-to-end responsibility in data Migration from Legacy system to HR Payor App.

The ETL tech lead Is responsible for maintaining and implementing the technology strategic solutions related to end-to-end application and system development, delivery, testing, and support within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Accomplish the objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management across multiple teams.
Complete ownership of creation of inbound and outbound applications to load and extract data from the claims processing system.
Work closely with Tech Leads to design and implement solutions.
Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of applicationsAbility to co-ordinate multi-teams (e.g. customers, internal functional and technical SMEs), to understand business requirements, technical design and preparing of technical specifications.
Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.
Hands-on participate in development and bugs fixing. Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.
Ownership of multiple system and or application products of varying complexity.
Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. Interacts with stakeholder to understand new product enhancements or features being requested.
Implement new subsystems, procedures, and techniques; manages implementation/integration projects to ensure deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONRequires a Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field of study and a minimum of 6+ years of experience leading project teams, ETL application software development, maintenance or implementation and support.

Experience in ETL, RDBMS and its related technologies like SSIS/Informatica/Data stage and SQL/OracleEXPERIENCE8 plus years of experience in Developing, Designing, and implementing large scale enterprise ETL applications.8 plus years of experience in SSIS/Informatica/Data stage and SQL/Oracle and related tech stacksExperience with US healthcareExperience with Amisys claims processing system would be an advantageExperience working with connector services of HealthRules Payer.

Should have experience in data MigrationsSKILLS AND COMPETENCIESKnowledge of business processes in US healthcare including claims, membership and providers.
Experience with Amisys claims processing system.
Experience working with connector services of HealthRules Payer.

Experience reading and writing different file formats like xml, JSON, csv, flat files etcExperience with extracting data from RDBMS Databases like SQL or Oracle.

Must Have:

Hands on experience of Informatica.
Strong understanding of all informatica Components (workflows/objects/sessions/mapping etc.).knowledge of Oracle/SQL, PL-SQL Programming and Troubleshooting.

Ability to collaborate and facilitate troubleshooting of technical issues and work organizationally across teams (Production tasks, Server, Product and Database).Production supportStrong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Control M scheduler or any other similar scheduling tool.
Working experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) knowledge.
