Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Finaurt. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day HR tasks. This includes supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The internship is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the application of HR principles and practices within the organization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data management of personnel information in the system.
  • Support the HR team in managing personnel files and records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help with onboarding new hires and conducting induction sessions.
  • Assist in managing company assets assigned to employees.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of HR systems.
  • Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong ability to execute HR tasks and initiatives effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of managing personnel records and data.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and HR processes.
  • Working Experience of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Confident in interacting with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
